RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At KAMINESS, every item is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by our team.

7-Day Return Request Period

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order if they believe there is an issue with their product.

Eligible Cases

A replacement may be offered if:

• The item arrived damaged during shipping.
• The item is defective.
• The personalization does not match the information submitted by the customer due to an error on our part.

Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Personalized products with correctly produced names, messages, photos, or logos.
• Customer spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or incorrect information submitted during ordering.
• Change of mind after production has started.
• Minor color or positioning variations that may occur during the personalization process.

How to Report an Issue

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 to 5 business days.

Refunds

As all products are custom-made, refunds are generally not offered. If an issue is verified and determined to be our responsibility, we may provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
